In and out in under an hour with a new Passport. That is certainly worth 5 stars in my book! Wish all government services were this efficient. They can still improve of course, place is small and crowded, seats run out and couches look run down, there are stains on walk and ceiling, no trash cans anywhere and friendliness of staff goes from superb to cold depending on who you get. There are always the Kafkian requirements for photocopies (black and white, color not accepted!!!) Still, thank you for a great service and keep improving!

Very nice service, and u can speak English there!!! Location is 1st floor, at corner of the parking place. If u want to apply license, no need to wait in the line, just inside and at the right hand, u will see the LICENCIAS place.

Very poor staff, who do not even know the procedures to be carried out. They made me lose 2 hours because their staff did not know how to handle my information. Really reprehensible ...

This place is very hidden, as if it were rejected from the mall. The place is very small, but still they only accept appointments for the amount of people that can fit in the place. The half-bloody staff, I imagine it's a very boring job, but ultimately they were helpful. Very friendly guard. The process is fast if you have everything in order.
