Lets just say its a good thing that you don't have to spend money on air conditioning and heating in Mexico City. Nowhere did I find a Flora of Mexico, however I would assume with the digital age that most of what is here could have been put online or already has and is easily accessible to everyone throughout the world without having to pay a bus fare. Frustrating to me to see such an expenditure of resources when so many things (and people) in Mexico are in dire need of resources.
