The people who attend it are super friendly and solve your doubts, I have received and sent packages and I have not had any problems. The only strange thing is that sometimes the package says that it has already arrived but it is still in another branch and it takes a couple of days more to arrive here.

Does anyone know where they are now ?? Is that they changed, help! :(

The location of the place changed, now it is located further on on a peaceful corner with the Mediterranean. And on Saturdays they only attend until 1:00 p.m. Depending on your address, sometimes your mail can be in the Miramontes operational center even if the follow-up tells you that it is there. Only they will tell you if it is there.

I have only gone to pick up packages, so I have my guide number and official identification (INE) to pick it up. I know that my package arrived because I follow up the guide number in an application that serves this purpose. I have not made shipments yet so I have no comment on that.
