The lady who usually is, first finishes talking and then "attends" to you, on several occasions she has had rude ways when I make the payment, since she NEVER has change, even if it is not more than 50 pesos and she asks me to go to change very reluctantly. In recent months they have been closed for long periods, I consulted by phone at the Correos de México and they told me that there were no reasons for that branch to be closed or reduce its opening hours, even at a red light, it should be operating normally , but it's not like that.

The WORST SERVICE, they never have change (even if you pay with one of $ 50), they are ANNOYED if you arrive after 2 pm because they say the system is closed, although the schedule says that it closes at 5:00 hrs, after 2 : 30 pm they do not serve anyone.

In this office there is an excess of kindness! The only bad thing is that the phone in this place is no longer the same and there is only one line to the central office, because before they always answered any questions by phone, always friendly and timely.The postmen of this office are the kindest in the world.

I do not know what is happening, but since the end of November, I asked for 5 things and I still do not get any. I have a feeling that they are staying with things. I already dialed on the phone and they do give good service, but they wash their hands with the products. I will have to go personally to complain.
