I want to make a specific claim to the public servant Valle Bacilio, I never deliver notification notices, regarding the equally terrible service at the window since they did not solve my problem, which was only to pick up my package. They did not take it to my home or deliver it to me at the window.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I see a lot of negative opinions, but they have always treated me super well. The people who attend are super friendly and give you the information you need. I have made more than +30 shipments in this office and all have reached their destination. I have also received many packages at my address and the postman has always been responsible and kind. Despite the pandemic season, most packages have arrived in a timely manner (standard shipping). I DO recommend them for the good service they provide. Thanks a lot!

They are impossible! It is not open, they do not give me a package, they do not give me reason, terrible service, they are thieves. They never called, they do not give me an acknowledgment of receipt of the package that, according to tracking, I already received, totally false !!! Really disappointing Correos de México. They don't answer phones, they don't answer e-mails, information half by Twitter that took years to respond. Return the thieves package!

Terrible service I went to pick up my package that took more than a month, I went on a Wednesday at 4:20 pm and they denied me the service because of contingency there was only service until 4pm, I am going the next day and they have a sign that said for contingency there is only service until 4:30 pm 😡😡😡 and as if that were not enough they did not give me my package because when they sent it they did not tell who it is addressed to, so what kind of personnel do they have to train them or put people who even want to work. That day they did not send my package back from its origin, but 10 days later and they put the following legend: Piece returned when not received or claimed by the recipient. Terrible service 😡😡😡.

Very bad service and terrible logistics, I went to pick up my package because it is already super delayed and they tell me that they have it but they cannot deliver it to me because I put it as a home delivery, in order never send by post from Mexico avoid anger
