Excellent personalized attention from Mr. Altamirano. My experience with the service has been good and the price is affordable.

They arrived 5 hours late, the appointment was at 11 am and they arrived at 4 pm, they broke my wardrobe, they dented my wooden cupboard, the legs of the chair were scraped with something and, curiously, they put shallow everything where they mistreated. They got upset when they saw that the wardrobe had to be blown up, when since the service was hired it was specified. Piggy banks that I had kept in boxes, they broke them too, my pots were turned over. Terrible service, they are not professionals.

They hurt my fridge and dining room and nobody was responsible. They arrived 4 hours later than planned and they sent me a mini truck, not everything came in. NOBODY WAS TAKEN RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES, NO LONGER THE PHONE WAS ANSWERED

They did NOT arrive at the agreed time, they told us that they would not arrive just at the agreed time. They sent us another move which charged us more than what had been agreed and finally this other move while we left to tell them which was the address they were already leaving with our things, luckily someone else was waiting outside since they did not give us confidence and they had no choice but to stop a few meters ahead. BAD EXPERIENCE
