Service was so poor that I refuse to go back ever, and will never suggest it to anyone. Ordered food and were told that they were out of wings... thats their main food, and they are out, evidently due to valentine's day... makes no sense. So I order ribs. 45 minutes after I place the order, I have to flag someone down to get my drinks because my waiter, evidently the manager, was nowhere to be found. 20 minutes after that he shows up again to tell me that they only have half a rack of ribs left. At this point I'm upset, but whatever. The rest of my party has already eaten their food, and are ready to leave. 10 minutes go by and I've heard nothing about my food, I find the manager and he tells me that he told me in the beginning that it was going to take a little longer, he didn't. An hour and a half goes by and I finally get my food, burnt to a crisp. I wouldn't go back of they paid me.
