Advantages of the service: You can pay by credit or debit card, you can decide to invoice at the time of payment or later online. It has parking in battery in front. During the health emergency due to COVID19 they have a sanitizing mat, the areas are delimited to maintain a healthy distance, and they are even closing until 5 PM during the week (because it is a priority activity). The staff are friendly. Disadvantages: Tax restrictions for shipping merchandise from the border region (due to SAT policies), shipping cost in a range from above average to high. I received excellent service from DHL to send Infonavit documents "OCCURRE" to the interior of the country, including a valid INE credential. I received the tracking number and they explained to me when my package is expected to arrive considering the weekend next to the date of my shipment. The person who sent the package received it in perfect condition and on time. There is the option of paying insurance for the shipment of merchandise, although when sending only documents it does not make so much sense to pay for it, if you read the clauses of that service. I recommend this service.
