At the Estafeta branch they treated me well and solved my problem, however, two online orders through the post office never arrived at my house, I had to run around and file reports and even so one of them has still been lost for 3 weeks that I had to having arrived .. having my phone and email the delivery man only said that he did not find the address and they returned my order to the sender, which causes me disappointment with the service.
