And they do not take the data well, I bought a marble table and when my order finally arrived (3 weeks later than agreed) only a freighter arrived, and told me that I could not raise the table because it is very heavy, I had to get someone to help you raise the table to my apartment. Anyway. All this because the person who took my information did not put that it was upstairs

One star because I can't put less. I "bought" a dining room three months ago, which they very formally promised to deliver in a period of no more than 10 days. At the end of this period and I did not even get a message, I tried to communicate to the number of the note and I had no response, as well as the number registered in Google and the phone number of the seller who only read and ignored my messages, in order to get a response I had I had to go directly to the store a month and a half later to be told that "they fired the girl who sold me the dining room and who incidentally stole the business phone", due to the contingency problems I understood about the dismissal and tried to take it in the best way. Again they promised me that in eight days I would receive my dining room. A couple of days before the delivery day, a girl from the furniture store contacted me to say “they tell me that you are interested in buying a dining room with us” which makes me understand that all the indications I previously gave were of no use. At the end of the day, the girl tells me that the model I wanted does not exist and offers me another one, to which I agree, but she tells me that it does not have the color that I wanted either, surrendered, I ask her to give me a piece of furniture and let's finish with this. The same girl asks me for my address and agrees to send me my dining room (which is neither the model nor the color, and to top it all she will not give me the six chairs I asked for but 4 and a bench) the next day the delivery man contacts me and he tells me that he will make the delivery at 2 PM, later the store girl communicates to tell me that the table they were thinking of bringing me was damaged and that they would make one from scratch delaying the shipment until 6 PM, again UNTIL 9PM her delivery man to tell me that he will arrive in two hours. Two hours pass (And a little more) and the delivery man calls me to tell me that he had a flat tire and asks me to decide if I prefer to wait I DO NOT KNOW WHAT or what he gives it to me early tomorrow morning. In the end I don't know if it's all theater or reality, what I do know is that I will go for my advance and I will not want to know anything about this business again. IT HAS BEEN A REAL NIGHTMARE TO BUY WITH THIS FURNITURE.

Terrible service, poor organization take a long time to order and the quality of the products are not very good as vs price. It took more than 2 months to deliver the product, it was 2 months of being marked almost daily and that a different person answered each day and to each person send your payments and your note. Nothing recommended

They do not deliver on time, nobody answers the phones, terrible service, by mistake I bought there and I do not recommend it
