Terrible service. The drivers do what they want. Be careful if you are going to make a contract with them. The manager told us that we had the sprinter available to travel anywhere within the city, and it turned out that the driver did not want to move it because it was not in his contract. We rented a truck and a sprinter on December 5 at 10 p.m. until December 8, 2019. The truck did not bring water for the toilet, we had to stop at each booth for the elderly to do the bathroom and according to the driver did not serve the truck because it did not turn on. But what a coincidence that did not go out when it was going. Only when he stopped did he turn it on and off. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE COMPANY: if you do not want to hire better staff, train them well. Nor is it your problem to have them if they don't know how they treat users. USER RECOMMENDATIONS: read the contract if the manager tells them that they can do and undo it in writing. The unit number was 29 (truck) and the driver's name is Santiago. The star that I give them apart that I can't put 0 stars is because the trucks are good in relation to price / quality. Only the service is pity.
