Biblioteca Central Estatal Profesor Ramón García Ruíz

A library that has survived over the years. It is located in the central neighborhood of El Santuario, originally that building was the chapel of the Precious Blood of Christ. The library is comfortable and in a very good state of preservation.

I usually come to work and read. I really like the site, even more, after its remodeling. The problem is that the employees are very noisy! and make reading difficult. It seems that they forget that they are in a library and talk at a very high volume, including their director. I wish it were a quieter and friendlier place with readers.
