I suspect that packages are stolen and they never try to deliver them even though they report that they are in the system. Two days after receiving the first information about my order through the Mexico postal page (second delivery attempt and the same day I returned to the central office) I went to the Loma Dorada branch to ask for it and they told me They had already returned it, I showed them the information that appeared to me in the system and they told me that I could no longer do anything. I asked if I could file a complaint because I was always at home and I did not even receive the notification of the failed delivery attempt, they said no. At that moment the one I assumed to be the wallet got up because she was wearing the uniform that I have seen in the postmen and in a very rude way she told me that it was my fault, that I must be going to ask all the time and that Postmen were human and had other needs and things to do (he began to justify himself for not delivering the package), so I told him that what seemed strange to me was that the system showed that they tried to deliver it and that it was not true, then She replied angrily that if I didn't want to be going to ask about my order, then I'd better not ask for anything (in the middle of a pandemic they want people to be making unnecessary trips that can be avoided by doing their job since they don't answer on the phone either listed here). I called to raise my complaint to the central office and the person who attended me reviewed the movements of my package and told me that there are many irregularities since the time the postman had the package (it took 15 days for him to "try" to deliver it since it was He gave it to deliver it) in addition to that they should not have returned it (assuming they returned the original package and not anything else) the same day they tried to make the second visit, that they had to leave it at the window for a few days and he recommended that I raise the complaint by mail. In conclusion, I received good attention from the first person who attended me, however, my complaint is about the person I assume is the wallet and the mishandling of my package. I recommend that we do not remain silent and that we report any anomalies so that these things stop happening.

Terrible service in this branch, packages never arrive at home and when you complain they always answer that they have no staff or that you check directly with the courier hahaha. Correos de Mexico is very good but the customer service at this overly poor branch seems to be doing you a favor and putting aside the fact that you are a customer.
