Made a reservation in person and when we showed up to get the car, there were no cars available. Guy at the counter didn't seem to care and didn't even try to help.

2 visits - one was excellent service, very efficient and pleasant. Another was awkward . 2 different cars. Both sufficient. I found the moldy office difficult to sit in for long. A little as for staff to have to bear.
