He honored his contract with us during high season. With another company, we did not have the same good fortune. A pleasure to rent from.

The car rental service is excellent, as is Daniel's English. To my knowledge it is the at best rate in Mérida. Daniel is exceptionally friendly too. I most highly recommend this service.

Daniel, who was very welcoming and made a lot of effort for the language on the first day, completely changed his face when the vehicle was returned. With his face closed, he accused us of making a scratch on the bumper. We did not leave the vehicle of the day, we are sure this stripe was already there. We tried to talk to him, nothing to do, he is closed to any discussion and took us 500 pesos on the deposit, knowing that we rented the car 800 pesos. Namely, I rented the car a little more expensive and I will be spared a lot of trouble. In short, daniel is a thief. Rental agency to flee.

The relationship between price and quality of the cars is very bad. There are better options for the same price. Base rent of $ 500 a small car. I do not recommend it.
