Budget Car Rental Merida Oficina Centro

This place was terrible! The first guy took an hour to input and reserve a car for the next day, he said everything would be good to go for the next day. Next day came spent another hour with second guy! We spent extra for extra warranty and the first guy told us tires would be included while the second guy following day said tires are not included. Once we said we payed for the tire warrant he changed his tone and said yes it is included. We were told to bring car full of gas, on day of return I filled the gas full a little away out of centro as we are tourists and don't know where the gas stations are. Had to pay extra mean while the gauge said the tank was full. No receipt was given and second guy demanded to pay in cash. This really put a negative experience with BUDGET!!!

Reservations mean nothing. We paid in advance and they had no cars.
