National Car Rental

We reserved and prepaid an SUV, the day of rental we called in advance at the time of pickup to ensure car was ready, we were assured it was. On arrival, car was not ready and we were asked to wait 15 minutes, now it has been 1.30 hours and still no car. Great!

Excellent prices

Gave me a rental car with no tags had to drive to Merida from a small town, 1 hour away from the town so they can give me tags or plates. Turns out they did not have any for my rental. For that trip I did not refill gas on return. Of course they charged me no biggie. Ill Never use them again. Also while looking at plates i dont know what was broken, they tried to blame me. No chance Overall bad experience do not recommend. They gave me a car without license plates and on half of my vacation they call me I need to return to Merida. I returned and that according to they did not have plates, lost time and that is why I did not fill Petro's tank when I returned it. I do not mind being charged. I will never use them again.
