When they took us to the airport we forgot a jacket in the car and we realized it 5 minutes later and when we arrived with them they told us that it had disappeared and they threatened us saying that on top of that they must have charged us extra. Unfortunately it was at dawn so we couldn't get in touch with management but those from another rental agency supported us by sharing the manager's number so we could call him.

Be careful, the gas tank was not full, I added US $ 15, after only 20 km. 🤔🤨
