Despite the first misunderstanding between the owner and I at our first encounter, I can assure that this rental company offers really good deals and the GREAT thing about it is that you don't need a credit card. I fully recommend their services. It is a very good option while you're in Mérida .

I do not recommend this company! I travel all over Mexico and U.S. and this “company” has to be the worst. The prices are cheap for a reason. They give you a car with scratches and dents and try to blame you for damage. Make sure to record the entire vehicle with them. They will try to trick you into paying for precious damage. Luckily, I caught them in their lies by having my footage. They are not authorized to pick you up at the airport and make it feel very unprofessional by lying to the attendants. They made me drive and say that I am picking up family. The vehicle was six years old and damaged, but I needed it so I used their company. I will never use their vehicles or recommend them to any of my family and friends. We travel a lot to Merida and they will not have us as customers. A company that lies is not one that I will support.

Excellent service; highly recommended! I made the reservation by phone and they sent it to me by whatsapp. All very formal. On the day of arrival, they called me on the phone to see what time they would pick me up; they picked me up at the airport. They always respected the price and you pay what they tell you; no hidden price or anything like that. The units in very good condition; out and in operation. Very good service; The very friendly staff answer your questions, talk to you, make recommendations and that makes you feel confident. I'd take them next time I go.
