WOW. just wow. We just showed up to get our van to catch our flight to Cancun tomorrow morning, it had been reserved weeks ago, we're taking our family tomorrow morning with two small children and.... There's no van. Nothing, nada. They didn't even have the decency to contact us that the van wouldn't be available, or have an alternative for us. When we asked the front desk person how can this be, his response was: "well, this is Mexico." This is the worst customer service I've ever received from Enterprise. And now, we're left scrambling at 8:30pm to find a van for tomorrow first thing in the morning.

Excellent service, they deliver and receive the car quickly, they also take you to the airport quickly.

El lugar muy bien el auto q m dieron pésimo todo golpeado no había una sola parte de el sin golpes
