Biblioteca Benito Juarez De Cd Mendoza ,Veracruz

Good facilities, somewhat outdated but it is a library that you expected with the advances of the internet ... They have health services and an emeroteca. Pretty good it seems to me there are no food or drinks in the vicinity except for a convenience store. But you can't get through with them anyway. The books in stock are very well preserved. My 10 inside, its missing a lick of paint and some maintenance.
