Bad leasing We come to spend the end of the year in Xalapa, my husband and I. We wanted to rent a car in this car rental company and we marked them before to know the requirements. However, when we arrived at their office they put a lot of obstacles between them, living there and providing them with a fixed number of someone they knew in Xalapa. They never understood that we are tourists who are not from Xalapa and that therefore we do not have relatives or acquaintances in the City. We left the place very frustrated and annoying because they made us lose half a day to be able to walk.
