It was decent. The rooms were comfortable. However they are doing construction and I had to call a couple of times to knock it off. The restaurant inside was decent. I recommend listening to their resort timeshare Just for the free tickets to the aquarium, museums, breakfast. I will be back because they were accommodating and polite. It's a little away from Centro but the taxi rides were fun. And if you like to walk you can walk along the boardwalk.

My husband and I got roped into staying here. We were out for a stroll to the aquarium and some guy stopped my husband, asking him if he was interested in touring their hotel, and in exchange for some of our time, we would get tickets to not only the aquarium but to Cancuncito as well. We had to sit through an hour long presentation where a representative tried to get us to sign up for a vacation rental package that we clearly weren't interested in, but she kept trying to persuade my husband to ignore my wishes and sign us up anyway. When she finally grudgingly realized she wasn't getting us to sign up, she gave us the tickets but still expected us to stay at a discounted rate, but only for 2 days, which they ended up booking for the wrong days. The room was okay, except for the fact that it was literally right off of the elevator, noisy as heck, across from some loud club and the elevator didn't work when trying to go down-only up. The staff were rude that worked the reception desk, and one woman stuck bracelets on us without no explanation whatsoever. We will not be going back at all.
