Restaurant Bar Regis

There are many great results with fantastic food and service in Veracruze City But some are just as wonderful at everything Regis resturante & bar is of course one of them

Right in the heart of town, at the Zocalo.. the whole plaza at the zocalo becomes live when the sun goes down. Live music with different bands and marimbas playing your songs.

Good if you want pissy waiters and delayed meals. Ordered plantains and a shrimp cocktail, the cocktail was relatively quick but it took about 30 minutes on a non busy afternoon to get the plantains. Food is not half bad and location is good. Out of all the restaurants in the strip I believe this to be the most economic. The margarita is very tasty and very small for the price. National beers are around 35-40 pesos. Also, I had to go grab silverware and napkins because the waiter didn't bring any for a long time. In summary, you get what you pay for. My advise go to any of the other more expensive restaurants and get better service. Food's about the same. All seafood, booze and prime cuts.
