Empty front desk, wasting people's time

The attention of the staff is good, but the online reservation was a waste of time because we were not respected by the insurance of 100 dlls, if we add that this person is Olivia González at any time answered the phone to make delivery of the vehicle, imagine if you had an accident or robbery ... In the same way when you arrived at the airport there was not even a counter at the airport where you had to ask for assistance from nearby companies, definitely NO RENT CARS HERE !!!
