Improper behavior of the staff. I've been in Crowne Plaza Moscow multiple times, and there was great stays. But guys in villahermosa are disappointed us.

I attended an meeting at the hotel and it was amazing. The staff is always polite and cheerful, and the facilities are in excellent conditions. But the best part was definitely the food. It was really tasty and we'll presented. We will come back if possible.
