Pama Cozumel

I made a purchase at this store in January. The price on the item was in pesos, I double checked with the salesperson to make sure the price was correctly marked in pesos. My credit card was charged in U.S. dollars, when I brought it to the attention of the cashier she told my it would be processed in pesos by the bank. I have been disputing the charge since January. No one answers the phone at the store & since I am in the states I can not speak to anyone directly. I feel they have committed fraud.

Very rude personnel. I tried to get in tonight at 8.30 and this lady literally pushed me out! Now I understand why it's always empty!

The people here are always willing to help and are so kind. The watchmaker is very efficient in what he does. Nice place to buy a present or souvenir.

Very nice service, they have any perfume you want!
