Terrible service, in a move from Veracruz to Cancun several pieces of furniture arrived damaged, apart from the fact that they charged us extra at the last minute, and they threatened us that if we did not pay (when they were going to unload the things) that they would not give us anything. They do not want to be held responsible for damaged furniture even though they promised us it was a guaranteed service.

They offer one thing bad service and at the time they don't respect it ... they give you a budget and when it comes to uploading your things they charge you for things that are not ... they are very unusual bad customer service they answer until they feel like it and move an external truck does it. When they offer you quality and trust and that they take care of the heritage as if it were theirs ... and how it is possible that they entrust your things to someone who does not work with them ... I have a very bad taste in my mouth, I do not recommend it at all because They also charged me and at the time my things did not go all in and there if they do not return the cost of what they did not take

Bad service, the seller named Rosi did not comply with the agreement in shared moving, she made agreements in the destination city with another freight at the customer's expense, with thousands of absurd pretexts. The representative Edgar Olivarez, at first attentive to send for the freight and collection. After he never wanted to take the call to clarify the charge, you should be aware of them.
