Today I took my car, when making the appointment they were told what service it would be. They offered a cleaning with ozone and they were careful not to take the car, three different people gave me information about what the service included. Upon delivery of the car I asked about some of the changes that were going to be made and it turned out that it did not include everything that one of the people told us and also they did the ozone cleaning of the air conditioning that we had already told them no. They are not clear on information and costs. In my experience, I never take my car there again.

Very attentive, the service advisor very friendly and respectful. Attentive and punctual in calls. The bad thing is that the budget at the time of making the call for an appointment was not the same when I arrived at the agency, it increased more than a thousand pesos. I would like it to be as close to reality as possible when ordering it by phone.
