Place of protection and conservation of our documentary historical heritage. There is a free public library, children's and youth library, ludo teak, cafeteria area and a magnificent auditorium. This building is beautiful and functional, worthy of the best in the world.

A beautiful place, the architectural structure is impressive and very visually pleasing, it has a variety of activities for children and young people since it houses the BS Children's and Youth Library.
