Hertz

I placed a reservation on line at a very competitive rate, but when I arrived I found it was a tricky thing. Reservation didn't include all the basic coverage. Final fee went above 4x the original offer and 30% above competitors fees. Car was good, but I'm still struggling to release my credit card from agency protective block.

The slowest Hertz on the planet is in Mexico! Don't expect to be out in a hurry...No Gold Plus rewards or counters. Any changes at all during your rent will need you to physically find an office. App and tel. are not supported

Picking the car up was Ok. Dropping the car off was very slow and frustrating experience. First no one was available at the front desk at terminal B (which was the one where I picked the car), so I finally ended up at terminal A hertz location and they told me that they don't have my voucher, at that time it was running late and I had to "run" to terminal B due to the van service was not available.

The rent here is a fraud, they hook you with a low price 943 for 3 days, then when they deliver the car they tell you that they do not bring any insurance they sell you a basic dial to not pay deductibles in case something happens, they give you a total price, they entangle you with being reimbursed at the end total price 2800 and in the end they charge you double that they told you at check in 4900, arguing that that was the price that they do not know what happened, but that you have to pay, the truth is the last time I will rent with them, before it was a good rental option now not!

I rented a versa for three days while I was in Monterrey, excellent service.
