In that branch they are very special, in the others all are good vibes and the packages are processed quickly in this one in Juarez nl it takes 1 week to leave the branch only to leave or make 1 movement

They never answer the phone, they go drinking coffee until it seems they have a party, that's why the lady is like this bitter and fat that if they open super late and close 15 minutes before saying the system no longer leaves them

Terrible service. There was never home delivery and our packages were lost for 2 weeks because they never told us they were here. Now that we went to pick them up they charged us $$$$ pesos to claim each package. Not only that, but they opened the packages and stole a lot of things.
