They do not send the package to the address, they return it without first sending an email and they do not know where the package is

Mail delivery is taking a long time due to lack of staff. The treatment of the employees is very attentive but if they lack more resources so that they have a decent workplace and the same body. I have been to US post offices and they are much better than ours in every way

Terrible service, for months that my package arrived at mty. I decided to go for it because about two weeks passed and nothing else did not reach me, I went and they told me that it was not there that maybe they had taken it by mistake and that nothing happened that they would dial to return it they asked me for my name, my phone and my address according to x if there was news. They didn't mark me, or anything. A week and a half passed I went again and according to them, looking everywhere, they did not find it and they asked for my number again, they did not even dial me. I went back for the third time and they told me the same thing, finally I got tired and I realized that they lost it and they are not even responsible. It gave me a lot of courage because when looking for it they do not even take care of things the other packages throw them, they have everything super bad messy. Net what courage and what a bad fart. I do not recommend it at all.
