The truth is excellent service, they brought my whole house (including a car) from Mty to Huixquilican (Edo de Mex) and everything arrived in order and on time, which was the most important thing. The guys super moved when getting on and off everything from the truck. The driver of the unit (pica) so they called him, super friendly and very moved in helping to lower everything and accommodate, the truth would hire them again. Always in their offices they answered me very kindly whats and calls, thank you for everything.

Terrible service. Do not carry out your moves with them. At first everything seemed fine. The point is that shippers ask you for money to ignore the things that are not considered in the quote, instead of adding it to the same which would be the correct thing to do. Later, when two folding tables did not arrive and I claimed them three weeks after the move (because I did not receive it and was out of the city), they told me first that I gave them to the shippers and then another version that said they were a week in stock but I didn't claim them on time and they sold them. It is obvious that I did not give them any of that. Even so, instead of apologizing for this situation and commenting that I would put what happened in the comments since they did not solve anything and they only gave me different versions, Hilda Rodriguez makes fun and answers that I gave them to her and that now I regret with an emoji (face) mock on whatsapp. It is the most unprofessional service I have ever received. I do not recommend it at all, if there were 0 stars that would put it.

Very good service and punctual 👍. I hired furniture blowing service and they always did everything with the precaution of not damaging the furniture and they even helped me install it.

I looked for a serious company hoping to have a good service from them, however the attention of the person who quoted me "Leonor" was lousy. There was no punctuality to collect my things, the person who was in charge of assembling everything at the move did not make a check list corresponding to the items I was carrying and I had to write it myself on the list; All the items that were taken were in good condition, however, upon arrival at their destination, it turns out that one of the boxes was open, a fan of which I delivered photos because they delivered it broken and when I speak to Miss or Mrs. Leonor, it says that they did not They take over since it was not the fault of the person who delivered it and that it was already in a bad state "because of the humidity" assuming that it was so I do not think that in 1 week that could have happened, in short that was in short and even Right now they have not contacted me or to apologize. I do not recommend vdd, I hope it serves as a lesson for people who want to trust this service.

Everything seemed fine until I wanted to turn on my dryer and it turned out that during the move a selector called a watch broke and the chargers put it inside the dryer without saying anything. I contacted his office by quoting the preparation and the piece costs $ 2,000.00 pesos plus labor and they only tell me that a supervisor will contact me and they only give me lengths.
