I wanted to rent a car for two days and take everything they asked for. When I arrived, the representative from the beginning seemed not to want to rent me because I was going to CDMX. He pretended he was reading the documents they ask for, obviously thinking of some pretext for not giving me the service, and in the end he told me that the address had to match the credential, which in no other landlord they ask you. Maybe it's a requirement for them, that's how they operate, but they let me know until I got to request the vehicle, not in the call I made to verify the requirements. After 10 minutes of "buts", I went to Erop car and left in 20 minutes with a car and they only asked me INE, License and credit card.

Very good service, cars in good condition. They are planning to renew the fleet. They have very good roadside assistance. I have just over six years of renting with them.
