The hotel is overpriced, the staff is really shy and didn't have my information details handy. There is no internet, they offered to take a look but it was so late in the night that sounded suspicious. They don't have AC or even a fan and the air circulation is non existent. We didn't have toilet paper in the room, the rooms looks new-ish but they are not finished, a lot of room for improvement. The remote for the TV wasn't there either. The drain for the shower was all clogged so the water took so long to drain, they don't have any soap holders so you ended up having to use a window ledge as a holder which it was full of old soaps and shampoos containers. They don't have toilet seats so good luck squatting. For the price was so bad!!! Maybe 1/3 or 1/4 of the price will actually reflect what you are getting.

Horrible place! Price! For one night stay we paid 2000 pesos! The area wasn't the best one! Parking lot is all covered with stones! Very uncomfortable walking on hills! Tiny parking! Room! One 🛏️ room without AC. Without WATER! In the morning it was only cold but by 10 they are like pushing you out, because there was no water at all! Commodities! Swimming pool! That doesn't work! Half full,dirty with a pipe out!!!! Cold as hell! I tried to put my legs inside! But around it is very beautiful! Artificial grass and comfy chairs,nice playground for kids! Food! Get ready for vegan options! But I should admit they fed us at 1.00 am,so it was nice of them to provide such an option! Very expensive but we were not hungry! Would not recommend it!

The Hotel is nice, clean and good location, the attention was good. The bad ... the water in the pool is very cold, lack of water in common area bathrooms. but the hotel is recommended ..

I stayed with my family about a year ago and it was the most decent in the area, it's not bad but there are things that could be improved, lack of light, fumigation since we got a huge spider, there was never cable or internet, the pool was dirty, the poor trees drying up, at night we were playing the saguan and nobody would have, there is a lot of cleaning in the common area like the bathrooms and the living room, there were many dead insects. It is a great place with a beautiful view but it lacks a lot of maintenance, they could improve it and pay attention to it and they would be the best in the area
