VERY ATTENTION THEY ALREADY ASK FOR MANY REQUIREMENTS TO BE ABLE TO RENT A CAR THAT NEITHER DELIVERED YOU ON TIME AND IF YOU MISS A FEW MINUTES, THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU ANOTHER FULL DAY WITHOUT MENTIONING THAT EVERYTHING DIRTY THEY GIVEN ME THE CAR THERE IS NOT THE LAST 2 ATTENTION. TERRIBLE SERVICE

They should publish the requirements more clearly and in detail, you speak and they don't give you the info. Well, when you get to rent the vehicles it turns out that the policies change and your documents ask for them in another way, also when you are already a customer they should have your file and they don't have it. And the lady who gives the lousy attention !!!

Terrible when brands give you one information and when they arrive they give you another one, in case they do not know if you rent a car it is because you have to move in transport and that of being traveling because they tell you on the phone one thing and in person another is a gas station of money better say that you do not want to work so that from the beginning we look elsewhere we lost all day in you and that is why we could no longer look for another place where they would provide a true service. I have already rented cars in other states and they had never put me in trouble this is the first time they have done it and if I had known I would have looked elsewhere
