Terrible service, nothing more disappointing than arriving with a reservation made and prepaid, at 4:30 am and not having your car, but even worse that they do not have a superior car either !!! I called them to the 24 hour helpline and they did not answer. They sent a text message twenty minutes later and a question two and a half hours later, also by text. Terrible service. As I reported the rent to them, it was not made because they did not have cars available when I arrived at the airport, Mr. Carlos Mancilla answered me, who clearly and repeatedly told me that they had no other car apart from a single aveo, that It did not suit my needs. He was also unable or willing to communicate with someone else and told me that staff would arrive until 8:00 am who could attend to my complaint. And the reimbursement, they go two days and they are not reported neither by mail nor by phone nor by message they can give me their face ...
