Good price. Does take a long time filling in the paper work. However, used them 3 times now and the staff are very helpful.

We heard a lot of bad things about car rental companies. We rented a car for 24 days and didn't have any problem at all. The service was really nice and they offered to help us if we would have problems with corrupt authorities. They explained all the information with patience. We booked the car on location which was cheaper than ordering it online. We did take the extra insurance which I would recommend doing as well. It is not cheap but I think it can safe you a lot of trouble, because a scratch is easily obtained here in Mexico.

Enterprise has same office as the National. We had great experience with them and excellent customer service. It’s rare to have positive experience with rental agency in CDMX
