Well, all of the negative reviews are true - total scam that must be avoided at all costs. The car that we ordered was waiting just outside - in fact, it had been returned a little while before. But they told us that it wasn’t available because of a “damage” and the only alternative was a much more expensive SUV. When I asked what kind of damage there was, they couldn’t tell. What’s more - they took us to the terminal in this exact “damaged” car, which ran perfectly fine! At the end of the day, we were luck to got away this easily - we rented from Europcar instead and so far, no complaints.

Total abuse. They say they don't have the car you booked and made you pay for an expensive upgrade.

I rented a Jeep at your place in June and have it back end of June ! Still haven’t received my guarantee deposit money and I found out today someone from your place stole 500€ on my card to pay a university in Monterrey ! I called my credit card agency and the police. Trouble is coming guys. Close this freaking company instead of playing with peoples money ! All proofs in pictures!

Had a prepaid reservation and i had my letter from my card credit company informing of CDW, They starting to wanted to sell me insurance arguing that the van that i was renting wasn't covered by my card credit company, i argued for almost two hours and i had to agreed to paid for some optional insurance, i was tired of arguing thats why i didnt pay what they originally asked, paid less, but still made me paid. all i can say is that yiu have to be smart and do your research. you want to make you pay.

Dont rent here. I should have listened to the other negative reviews on google.the van i was given had 3 flat tires on my way back to return it. I fixed 2 with out of pocket money and for the third i used the spare that comes with the van. First of all service is very rude and they try to look for damage and charge you as much as they can. Make sure you take photos of the car before you get in it. When i got back they charged me for damage to the tire in the amount of $130.Im usually very easy to please and tend not to write negative reviews but this place really pissed me off
