Terrible there is a person who is supposedly the boss of technicians who takes care of you terrible is a despot person they do not give guarantee on the parts and apart from being very expensive I do not recommend it at all

Buy a piece which worked only 2 times, and gave no guarantee or option to another piece. While there are parts used, I understand that could last about 30 days, but only work 2 times and do not want to change your piece or you back the money seems a little advantage. Treated fast and good way, but very bad customer service.
