If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Made a reservation and then was notified they wouldn’t have a car for me for 4hrs after my reservation. Waited 20min to talk to the agent. No discount for the inconvenience. Two other people waiting for cars. If you don’t have a car available, why accept a reservation?

Saw the bad reviews after I already prepaid for a car. Hoped that i wouldn't run into this problem. Got there, told no cars available and they didn't know when they would have any. Agent unable to refund prepayment (!), had to do a chargeback with my credit card, certainly not ideal. People arriving after me with reservations also stuck with no cars.
