My experience was great I would say, I rented a VW Vento 2020 & purchased the highest possible insurance & had the vehicle for 9 days. The total came out to 18K pesos (≈$740USD). The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the Vento is such a small car lacking in so much tech inside lol, I mean I get it it's Mexico but it felt so cheaply made from the inside but whatever I drove it to Morelos, Puebla, Tlaxcala & the car was great and didn't break down, I had no issues overall. I just felt that for that price I should have been driving the VW Jetta or similar.

This place is really great. Very helpful. They promise me a discount If I use my debit card, and they deliver. Great prices and reliable cars.

Do not rent from Hertz in Mexico - they will massively overcharge you, have terrible service and when you attempt to get clarity on their overcharging they will ignore your questions. Just stay away. I will no longer be renting from Hertz after this experience - I gave them more than a month to respond to my questions and concerns before posting this, they failed to respond.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. Ricardo Esperon works there and was treating us disgracefully. Doesn’t want to show me what he was charging me for, and when confronted got aggressive. Would recommend not bothering giving this scam any money. Will file a complaint procedure as it was absolutely disgraceful. Never ever have I been treated that way

They deleted my reservations only ten mins later and when they ran a new reservation it was twice the amount !!!!! NEVER AGAIN.
