They sell good cars, the bad guys that in the pre-owned ones are nothing honest, they promise to fix the car you are going to buy and just wash it and that's it. It is not worth it because you are supposed to buy a certified pre-owned agency in order not to risk on the street but you end up investing in car maintenance
