The service at the door is friendly, however I took my pet twice, the first one to parasite and they could never remove the parasites until I took him to another place. The second bad experience was when they quoted me at an hour and the veterinarian did not appear, they told me they would call me when they arrived and they never did, I had to call and when they answered me they said "I did not answer you because I am in consultation" see ... are they in consultation for others but not for people with APPOINTMENT? BAD experience. I will never go back.
