Ultramar Puerto Juárez

Super fast trip to the island! Nice ride, but they can work at the organization of returning passengers. We had to wait on the wrong line foe 30 min before we realized it is not our fault. Little bit more attention to ticket check.

Very efficient Ferry. I suggest buying your tickets when you get there. We bought round trip tickets because we were just spending the day there but you can bring luggage on the boat and get a hotel on the island. Ferries are supposed to run every half hour.

Great ferry service. The staff was very helpful with navigating the correct ticket lines and departure times. The ferry itself was also very comfortable.

I highly recommend this ferry. They are doing a great job with Covid guidelines. fair prices. They are punctual. Live music. AC. Modern and clean.

We used the Ultramar as first timers to get from Puerto Juarez to Isla Mujeres. We were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to research the website and buy tickets online. They are time schedules online that are accurate. The trip is short and sweet, you will even have some live music while going across the water. Everyone was forced to wear a mask...unlike our resort!!
