I took my phone to repair because it had a broken screen, when they gave it to me everything seemed fine, but about half an hour after being delivered the screen went completely black, we called to tell them and they told us we could take it because it had guarantee, but since we are far away we could not return that same day, so we agreed to go the next day. In the morning of the next day we were dialing from 8 in the morning and they answered us until 9, we asked them if they could let us know when the technician was there so as not to make double turns since it was difficult for us to go to Pochutla every so often ( We also have more things to do), so they agreed to let us know, however we did not receive a response (bad customer service), in the afternoon we dialed to see if the technician had already arrived to be able to go, they told us yes, then we received a return call to tell us that the problem was a matter of the screen that we had brought (this without reviewing it before, since we were just on the way), that if we wanted the technician could review it. We took the phone, but they didn't want us to receive it because we didn't have a note, which they keep when they give you your phone. In the end they accepted it, two hours later they gave it to us and it turns out that in the end the screen worked (in the first call we made that day they claimed that it could not be possible that it was incorrectly positioned since their technician is an expert). However, it was not like that, now the unlocking with the finger does not work and the cover where the battery goes is badly attached. In SUMMARY, they have bad customer service, their technician is not as good as they say, he can solve the error, but he leaves you two more. An update from August 30th. The screen is starting to peel off. Reason why no cover protects it well and there are spaces where water can enter.
