Always crowded and many people are queuing here even though it is not peak hours. So tired queuing. Can they please add more cashiers to handle over-crowded customers? By the way, food is nice and I like it

Good service. Quite crowded when school holidays. Taste good like other KFC restaurants. You can find it at the ground floor of the KB Mall

Quiet day today surprisingly. The girl from Bachok who served us was very friendly. She was masked thus we dont know how she really looked like.

Received a little bit of shocker at the restaurant earlier today - the piece of chicken was so small! I ordered two white BBQ combo to dine in with my Dad, and a chicken with rice combo to go for my boy, and the pieces of chicken we received were disturbingly minute, especially for the chicken and rice combo. The staff were nice though despite the busy hour, but the management should pay more attention to the core reason why people come to this joint - their chicken!
