Counter staff is professional and fast. Just front desk information counter staff need to be improved!

poor service. the staff not helpful enough esp at hire purchase floor - counter services. quite arrogant. luckily dont need to revisit the bank again. I think cimb need to totally revamp the counter services. TQ
