I love how friendly the staffs are, sales everywhere almost all the time. Quality of the goods being sell are awesome, authentic and if you're looking for sportswear this is indeed a shop to visit.
Went there today 18/1/2019 8:00pm+ to buy trail shoes and I have to practically beg for the shoe section person to get the size. It's not a good customer service experience for me. Your management needs to take a look at the situation. When customers step in your store, they bring money, expect to buy. They do not expect to scurry 2-3 times to look for your dissappearing staff. Do the necessary. Poor experience.
